Lisa has been working as an employment consultant for only just over a year, but in that year has accomplished what many take years to accomplish.  Lisa has assisted in placing multiple consumers with long term, stable positions in the community.  Her professional demeanor, upbeat personality, and unwavering determination allow her to connect well with potential business partners in the community and make meaningful connections that benefit her consumers.  She has built up and maintains a high volume case load and makes it look easy.  Lisa has several individuals that she works with who have jobs on second and third shift, and she always makes time to ensure these consumers' services are a priority.  She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure her clients are treated with the proper respect they deserve at their job sites and she is very deserving of the Wendy M. Wood Award!
